Highlands C.E.R.T.
What do you do? Where do you go?
The goal of the Highlands Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) is to train Highlands residents, and other community individuals, in emergency preparedness and basic disaster response techniques. Each plays a critical role in providing support to emergency service personnel in the event of a disaster.
California seems forever susceptible to wildfires, earthquakes, heat waves, and power shutoffs. It can seem overwhelming, but you can be ready!
